TUC Demo - More Information

Hi all,
Logistics for Saturday:
- Coaches leaving the LCR turnaround at 7am (Sorry it’s so early, but please DON’T BE LATE)
- Coaches are leaving the ExCel centre in London at 5pm.
- We’ll be dropped off and picked up from the ExCel centre in Zone 4- I’ll be providing maps, tube tickets etc, so don’t worry about that.
If you’re 16-18, you NEED to have returned your consent form in advance- no form, no trip.
I’m the Full-Time Officer looking after the event, so if you’d like to help me steward the event (I’ll give you a quick briefing, it’s not difficult, and I’ll buy you food!), please email me back ASAP. I’m going to open this to all attendees, whether or not you’re a candidate in the Union’s elections. Being a steward isn’t an opportunity to platform in the elections, so don’t worry about that.
That’s it I think- remember to bring:
- Something warm in case it gets colder
- A working mobile phone (please, so I can keep in contact with you!)
- Your campus card if you’re a student, so I can work out who needs to get deposits back
